Description

Flooring replacement throughout the building (all three floors including stairwells and elevators).
Millwork replacement for the main floor office area.
Scope of work (both flooring and millwork replacement) for all the PIL booths should be itemized as a separate price (see details in the IFT Specification, Section 00 43 27 – List of Separate Prices).
Hours of work should adhere to the schedule stipulated under Division 01 14 00, Section 1.6 Hours of Work.
