Description

For both projects, most of the work is to be completed during the summer months of 2023, due to the required system shutdown to complete the job. All equipment to be delivered before the end of the fiscal year 2023.

GOC604367 : Refer to Mechanical Drawings for the specific scope of work.
The work generally consists of, but not limited to, the following:

Decommissioning and removal of two (2) heating hot water circulating pumps and associated electrical combination starters.

Provision of two (2) new variable-speed heating hot water circulating pumps and associated electrical combination starters.
Commissioning and Performance verification of new pump equipment.

GOC2555579: Refer to Mechanical Drawings for the specific scope of work.
The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following:

Decommissioning and removal of existing building hydronic hot water heating system pneumatic controls.
Provision of a new full direct digital control (DDC) system addressing the control of the building office and laboratory hot water heating convectors and the Mechanical Room Makeup Air (MUA) unit.

Event Note

Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Ismil Alnajmy at the security desk of 2617 Anderson Road Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the date mentioned above, before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
