Description

01-Capital Project: Elevator Modernization of 6 Passenger elevators, 1 Handicap Elevator and 2 Parking Garage Elevators + Freight Elevator:- Modernize elevators to meet latest applicable code requirements and replacement of controllers.  Performance improvements to include: energy efficient upgrades, new elevator drive controls, replacement of existing cab lighting (tamper proof), upgrade cab interiors, solid state soft start controls and modifications required to meet barrier free compliance. All upgrade work will be designed in accordance with latest regulations namely but not limited to Elevator Safety Code CSA/B44, NBCC latest edition, CSA C22.1 and Electrical Safety Code. For scope of work, refer to Option 3 as indicated in the Long Form IAR.
