Event Note

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at VIC/ND Garage at 50 Rue Victoria, Gatineau, Quebec. Please enter through the main doors located on the south side of the building and proceed to the commisionaires desk on the C1 Level. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to benoit.raymond@bgis.com by the date identified in Section 1.4.1 of the RFP, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
