Description

Perform a bathroom renewal for the bathrooms in the Annex Building (one men's, one ladies) and Small Craft Harbor Building (one men's and one ladies). This should include replacement of lavatories, urinals and water closets on each floor with new low flow water efficient fixtures. Repaint walls and new partitions for water closets. Scope of work is defined in consultant bid specifications and drawing package.
