Description

The Scope of Work generally includes:
• Ground level (Water Street) and 6th floor renovations of existing office space in the Sir Humphrey Gilbert Building.
o New carpet & paint throughout
o Replacement of 2 blinds
o New data and power cabling for proper operation of new workstations
o Renovation of existing kitchen on the 6th floor to include fridge and ice machine provided by CRA
o Existing kitchen on basement level (Water St) to be made accessible if it does not currently meet accessibility requirements. Minimize work to be completed.
o Removal of several interior walls which may impact sprinkler, lighting and HVAC systems
o Removal of existing showers on the 6th floor
