Description

Conduct an overall cleaning of the main/ground floor and associated mezzanine
level within the central heating plant. This will include mechanical units, piping, vertical/horizontal surfaces, staircases, railing, furniture, moveable objects, etc. Cleaning will be conducted using HEPA equipped vacuums with the application of Benefect Anti-Microbial Agent. Conduct the removal and disposal of loose/faking, delaminating lead paint as required from affected surfaces throughout the main/ground floor and associated mezzanine level within the central heating plant.
