2. Completed Rated Requirements, as per Appendix 7
3. Completed and signed Form of Proposal, as per Appendix 10
4. For Respondents bidding on Quebec sites, a completed NEQ Table, as per Appendix 12
5. For Respondents bidding on RCMP sites, a completed Employees Cleared at RCMP Buildings Form, as per Appendix 13
