Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Security desk, 30 Victoria main entrance, Gatineau, Quebec. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Chady.Moussa@BGIS.com) by (December 12th, before 4:00:00PM) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
