Description

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Contractor shall provide all material and labour that is required for electrical upgrades as indicated in Attachment 07 - Specifications and Drawings issued by the consultant RW Howard Engineering including:

Remove existing main disconnect; Coordinate with BC Hydro for service shutdown.
Provide new 200A fused main disconnect.
Relocate existing thermostat in electrical room.
Remove existing Panel A.
Provide new 72 circuit Panel A.
Redistribute existing circuits from existing Panels A and B to new Panel A; Provide new breakers as indicated; Provide complete circuit tracing and labelling for Panel A and B; Remove obsolete circuits and wiring.
Remove existing block heater timer and contactors.
Provide new electronic time switch; Provide new GFCI breakers for block heater receptacles.
Relocate existing electrical equipment to suit new panel.
Patch and paint walls to match existing for all work done.
