Description

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Contractor shall provide all material and labour that is required for electrical upgrades as indicated in Attachment 07 - Specifications and Drawings issued by the consultant RW Howard Engineering including:

Provide two new breakers in main distribution panel.
Remove five existing electrical panels.
Provide three new electrical panels.
Provide two new disconnects for hot water tanks.
Provide complete circuit tracing and labelling for new electrical panels and two existing panels; Remove obsolete circuits and wiring.
Relocate existing electrical equipment to suit new panel locations.
Provide drywall enclosure for back of two existing electrical panels.
Patch and paint walls to match existing for all work done.
Hazardous materials abatement as required.
