Office Renovations - WP 2.0 Fit-up - ESDC - Service Canada Centre - Will. Alex. Henry Bldg Antigonish GOCB - Construction Phase - Refit front end of office (public access area) to accommodate two additional workstations and a new interview room. Flooring and paint to be determined during site visit with PM and ESDC. Installation of new screens and workstations (already purchased) to replace existing and reduce workstation size to WP 2.0 compliant. Current office size 317.5 um2, reducing to 294 um2 post project.
