  Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Ismil Alnajmy at the security desk of 79 Bentley Ave Ottawa, ON K2E 6T7. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the date mentioned above, before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

  Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit.
