Scope of Work/Overview:
Provide a Base Bid Price for the Modification to Existing Rooms of the Service Canada Passport Offices (located on the Second Floor). Work will consist of architectural modifications, as well as electrical, mechanical and security modifications. Work is located at the Canada Centre Building, located at 200 Town Centre Crt., Scarborough ON.
Refer to consultant generated plans and specifications for further detailed scope of work.
