Description

In PDP there are a total of 40 Washrooms / Shower rooms that need to be renovated to maintain client satisfaction, meet present day codes and government standards, including accessibility, and incorporate energy and water savings. In the Parking Levels and Commercial levels there are 21 washrooms / shower rooms, and in the PDP II Office Tower there are 19 washrooms / shower rooms.

The scope is to renovate all Washrooms, to bring to code, meet government accessibility guidelines, meet government sustainability targets, , and replace all deteriorating elements. This project will remove all asbestos found to be present in the areas of construction. Designated substances are minimal in the Office Tower (just a strip of asbestos behind the lighting), but there may be more on the Commercial and Parking levels).

Note as per the Mandatory Requirements the Respondent must be a member of the OAQ.

The reports listed within section 2 of Appendix 3 can be provided to Respondents that demonstrate their personal hold, at minimum, the requested security clearances stated in this RFP. In order to demonstrate this, Respondents who would like to review the studies should email Pat Sheehan, at patrick.sheehan@brookfieldgis.com, the names of the individuals who will be accessing the studies, as well as their date of birth and CISD number. Once received and the individuals security clearance has been verified, the Respondents will be provided the studies.

Respondents may request the studies until the deadline indicated in the Instruction to Respondent of the RFP. Any requests received after this time will not be considered.
