Please also include in the quote: Contractor to use Aculift system, must provide air filtration during installation and after for a few day to get rid of VOC smells. Carpet tiles and glue must be low emission. NRCan will provide movers Provide samplers for selection.

Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Ismil Alnajmy at the security desk of 580 Booth Street, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
