Description

Re-paint the interior stairs and landings throughout the building and carry out patch and repair work where required to ensure a neat and uniform appearance throughout the building. The main sets of interior stairs run from the basement level to the penthouse level/ 20th floor mechanical rooms. These stairs act as the main stairwells and are located at either end of the elevator lobbies on both towers. The stairs located at the center of the building run from the 5th to the 13th floor. This project is recommended by BGIS building operations and maintenance staff.

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the security desk of 101 COLONEL BY DRIVE Ottawa, Ontario Canada K1A 0K2. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
