GOC556153-CS - Secure DCD Area on A1

1) Enclose 3 openings within the A1 area by installing 3 new doorways/doors/vestibules. 3 new doors are identified on drawing as Door #1, Door #2 & Door# 3. All 3 doors will be used as employee entrances. 2) Doors #1, #2 and# 3 will be equipped with IDACS and doors #1 and #2 to be equipped with automatic door openers. 3) Enclose 2 wall openings to match existing Hauserman wall panels. See drawing for dimensions and locations of openings. 4) Enlarge existing doorway/door at rear of space A1. Identified on drawing as Door #4. Door #4 to be used as a emergency exit only. 5) Exterior perimeter windows, 37 in total, must be fitted with privacy film to reduce visibility from the outside looking inside while still allowing natural daylight inside the work area.  Privacy film to cover the entire width of each window and height coverage can exclude 36" of the bottom portion of the window and 36" of the top portion of the window.  Recommended privacy film to consist of a Honeycomb Obstruction, Solyx SXJ-0575 or compatible, with a minimum of 10% shading effect. 6) New ceiling and wall signage for exit locations will need to be installed, as well as repositioning some existing ones.
