Description

Statement of Work/Overview: Perform necessary replacement of cooling tower #2 due to life expectancy being passed due and to increase the capacity of the system. Complete plans and specifications in 2015/2016 for both cooling tower #2 and #3 and begin replacement of cooling tower #2 in 2016/2017. Cooling tower #2 to be replaced as soon as possible to avoid any possible issues. Due to the age of the cooling tower there are many repairs yearly. Risk of losing the cooling tower and closure of the complex (4 towers, 6,500 occupants).
