Description

This project is to remove and replace two overhead doors located at the loading dock. The replacement will include all components of the doors including doors, motors, frames, safety sensors and lights, control modules and electrical disconnects as required to bring the entire system to a current standard.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Representative meet the Project Manager Nazaria Yong at the security desk of Public Archives and National Library - 395 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE. Proponents are advised that there will be an (Mandatory) site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
