Event Note

Please meet at the rear of 125 Sussex Dr. @ King Edward Kiosk for Sign in for job showing. No PPE required as space is an active office environment. No electronic devices with the ability to transmit a digital signal will be allowed in currently secured spaces. This includes any smartphone, smart watches, etc.. No cameras are permitted. Valid Photo ID must be presented to access the building site. 3-Layer Mask is required when social distancing cannot be maintained.
Proponents are advised that there will be a Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

Event Note

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
