Description

This is a Notice of Proposed Procurement to advise the industry of the two-stage construction services for this project. The two-stage consists of a Request for Prequalification for a General Contractor and an Invitation to Tender. The project comprises of approximately 98,000sq,(9,152m2) of office fit-up across 4 floors at 240 Sparks (1
West, 5 West, 6 East, 8 East). The fit-up will be phased to allow the Tenant swing space. The Fit-up will be in
compliance with the GC Workplace standards.
