Description

The John Cabot Building is a 12-story high-rise office building (with 2 basement levels) located at 10 Barter’s Hill in downtown St. John’s, NL. It was constructed in 1992 as a companion to the existing Cabot Place building. Various tenants occupy the available office space throughout the JCB. The sprinkler and standpipe systems as well as the fire pumps are original to the building. Further investigations were completed to determine condition.
