Description

Background: The C.D. HOWE Building is located at 240 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario and is made of 2 Towers (East & West).This pilot project encompasses a multi floor fit-up (1 West & 1center / 5 West /6 East & 8 East & 8 center) for a return to work plan for select ISED departments under GC Workplace.

Project Scope: Work of this Contract comprises of an approximate 9,000 m² (96,875 ft²) renovation of office space on four levels of the C.D. Howe Building, located at 240 Sparks St.; the renovation will include, but not limited to: demolition, new demountable partitions, new millwork, new floor and wall finishes, speciality ceilings and lighting, and HVAC and plumbing modifications
