Work consist of cleaning and decontaminate all air handling units (AHUs), associated supply and return ductwork as well as all components, including return air plenums. Further, the scope is to include the removal and replacement of all filters within the AHUs. There are seven (7) Air Handling unit within the LaSalle Blocks.

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the security desk of La Salle Building - 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
