Description

Repair atrium skylight assemblies and drainage, remove and store existing drains grates, flashing, etc. for reuse, supply and install gutter waterproofing membrane, gutter pan liner, drains, collars, clean-outs, mechanical chase access panels. Provide scaffolding, hoarding to protect the public and property while maintaining access to VPL and adjacent CRUs as detailed in the Specifications and Drawings (Attachment 3) and RP1 GC SOW General Instructions (Attachment 4).
