Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the main entrance 1770 Pink Road, Gatineau, QC (Macoon). Site visits will be conducted in small groups. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
