The site visit will begin at 11am at the BC Immigration Holding Centre, 13130 – 76th Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 2V6
Please wait at the front entrance for a BGIS Representative to escort you inside the facility.
Photo ID will be required and all visitors will be screened on site.
Please sign the site visit register log upon arrival.
You MUST pre-register your attendance with the RFQ Administrator (derek.cooper@bgis.com) by 3 PM on Thursday, May 18th, 2023. Respondents that fail to register in advance of the site visit shall be turned away.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid-19 preventative measures.
