Description

Work of this Contract involves installation of acoustic panels within the print to mail room of the Winnipeg Tax
Centre, located at 66 Stapon Rd, Winnipeg, MB. For the purpose of this contract the owner will be represented by
the Project Manager appointed by BGIS who will fulfill the role defined for the BGIS Representative in these
specifications.
The work includes but not limited to:
- Temporarily remove existing equipment/devices from walls as indicated/required.
- Install metal channel on walls as indicated.
- Install roll insulation on walls as indicated.
- Install acoustic panels as indicated.
- Reinstall existing equipment/devices as indicated/required.
- Remove any waste material off site and dispose of properly.
All materials and workmanship must be as per stamped plans and specifications.
