    Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the main entrance 241 BOULEVARD DE LA CITÉ-DES-JEUNES, GATINEAU, QC J8Y 6L2. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
