Description

Scope - summary:
Install customer supplied new blower wheel, blower wheel shaft, blower bearings and vortex assemblies for Engineered Air unit model #LM-26-C.
All work to be done during normal hours.
•           Any system shutdowns to be coordinated with BGIS and tenants to cause minimal loss of service. Advance notice may be required.
•           Vendor to provide schedule and progress updates.
•           Coordinate with controls vendor to connect to BAS.
•           Coordinate with sprinkler vendor to remove and replace sprinkler as needed.
•           All subtrades must hold PSPC clearance
