Description

To facilitate a back to work program and adhere to the GC Workplace requirements, the tenant requires demolition and construction for the 8th and 11th floors. Based on the plans provided by the BGIS TFMS team, after furniture has been removed, the following will need to be completed. Replace missing or damaged carpet tiles and base, drywall repair and painting and remove millwork as identified. Build and install new millwork, install lockers, cubbies and add window film where shown. Provide electrical connections for new workstations, and furniture. Replace ceiling tiles where stained or damaged and from previous power pole installations.

Event Note

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative Gary DAlessio at the BGIS facility Management Office, Commercial Level 1 (C1) at 240 Sparks, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.
