To install load banks that will meet the monthly testing requirements for each of the two (2) 400KW 3 phase diesel generators located in the Building. These generators are located on the 22nd floor of each tower and are used to supply emergency power to fire & life safety among other building systems.
NOTE: You must pre-register to be able to take a Site Safety training session from Covertite to attend the site visit.

Event Note

You must pre-register to be able to take a Site Safety training session from Covertite. If you do not pre-register you will not be able to attend the site visit.

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the security desk of 101 COLONEL BY DRIVE Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
