Description

The work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

Replace the cooling coil in AHU-01 and associated condensing unit AC-01 with a new coil and heat pump condensing unit.
Replace AHU-02 with a new unit complete with heating/cooling heat pump coil. Install a new heat pump condensing unit to serve the new coil.
Remove the exhaust fans serving room 127 and 129 and replace with a new ERV complete with electric heating coil.
Install ductless split heat pumps in rooms 127 and 129.
Replace heating relaying in the ceiling space for easy future access.

Work is to include all associated: removals, wiring, controls, piping, ductwork, patching, commissioning, balancing, excavation and landscaping.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 16 Park Drive, Richibucto, New Brunswick. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Shelley.DeMont@bgis.com) by Wednesday August 2nd, 2023 before 12:00PM AST/ADT Time to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. Purpose of site visit is strictly to review existing conditions and there will be no review of tender documents and project scope.
