Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Security Office, Portage III, Courcelette street, in Gatineau, Qc. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID 19 preventative measures.
