Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date and times specified above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at Security Office Level 1, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
