Description

Hard surface replacement and repairs to address damaged and deteriorated service road, sidewalks, walkways and stairs around the exterior site. The scope of work includes removal of interlocking paving, replacement of asphalt/concrete walkways and service path as well as a new layout and signage for the barrier-free parking lot to meet AODA standards. For accessibility from the lower parking lots A and B a new accessible ramp connecting to the main building entrance is also included.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 1050 Notre Dame Ave, Sudbury, ON, Taxation Data Centre in the lobby. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Thilothamy.Mohanakanthan@bgis.com) by the date listed in the section 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
