Refer to Appendix 10 Optional Site Visit Table for dates and times. The site visits will start August 24th, 2023 and will end September 29th, 2023 (subject to change by addendum). Though the site visits are optional, Respondents not familiar with the sites are encouraged to attend to ascertain any pick up challenges and to gauge the correct equipment to perform the services. BGIS will not negotiate any pricing based on "unknowns" which could have been prevented in a site visit.
