Description

This project is initiated to carry out the replacement of the heating and cooling coils for AHU #1 and AHU #2 located in B2 level of the Building. The heating and cooling Coils are in banks and sections, some of the coils have been repaired over the years, access is very limited to some coils as well. One of the banks in the cooling side is turned off as the coils in that section are not operational and the coils were not pulled out due to access. The consultant shall carry out detail site investigation of the heating and cooling coils of the AHUs as well review their capacities and provide appropriate replacement and coil access. The consultant shall assess any other related equipment and systems as part of this project and replace them for proper function and operation.

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the Connaught Building – 555 Mackenzie Ave, Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
