GOC2144149-CT - Legionella-Remove Dead Legs, Install Recirc Sys, and Add Chlor Sys

Scope of Work/Overview:
1. Remove dead legs from the domestic water system where indicated and re-insulate affected areas.
2. Insulate or repair insulation on various sections of domestic water piping where indicated. Provided jacketing to match existing where piping is exposed.
3. Extend and provide new hot water recirculation loops where indicated. Replace existing recirculation pumps where indicated.
4. Install thermostatic balancing valves on hot water recirculation loops to allow proper temperature to be maintained in the domestic hot water system.
5. Remove three existing hot water tanks and extend hot water piping to locations serviced by the removed tanks.
6. Provide a hypochlorite dosing system composed of a metering pump, solution tank, and accessories connected to the water entrance to allow shock dosing of the domestic water system when required.
7. Replace existing penthouse hot water tank with tank of sufficient capacity for emergency shower/eyewash use.
8. Provide new hot water tank capable of rising domestic hot water temperature up to 75°C. Provide discharge water temperature sensor tied to existing EMCS for temperature monitoring at all hot water  tanks.
