  Event Note

  1. If indicated as mandatory, a representative of the Respondent must attend the site visit. For details refer to Schedule A – Site Visits.
  2. A maximum of three representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. A Respondent is required to provide, in advance, the names of the representatives who will attend by email to rp1atlantic.procurement@bgis.com. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit.
  3. In respect of any mandatory site visit, the failure of any Respondent to attend, properly register, and remain present for the duration may result in that Respondent’s Proposal being disqualified or rejected, in BGIS’s sole discretion.
  4. Respondents are expected to carefully examine the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Proposal a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Agreement. No allowance shall be made by BGIS on behalf of a Respondent for any error, omission or negligence on its part, unless BGIS in its sole discretion decides otherwise.
