Work of this Contract consists of the replacement of lead and standby fire pump starters located at the Major-General G. R. Pearkes Building as per tender drawings and specifications.

Work to be done after hours 6pm – 6am and/or weekends.

Fire watch must be provided.

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the BGIS office C3 level for job showing - Major General Pearkes Bldg, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
