Description

The carpet needs to be replaced as it's over 20 years old and has reached its life expectancy. Increased costs due to maintenance (additional cleaning and replacements). This project to address the following location:
Remove carpet and replace with linoleum flooring (approximately 10,000sq2) in the record room. After removal of carpet, existing condition of substrate shall be assessed before application of new linoleum flooring. All items to match base building standard, where applicable.
Carpet shall be removed and replaced with high traffic commercial grade carpet tile in library located on level A, approx 22,000 sq.ft

Event Note

Please meet BGIS managers at the main entrance of the building of East Memorial Building 284 Wellington Street, Ottawa ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
