Project will replace 2 metal doors to electrical and storage areas on BP Level. Repairs will include frames, thresholds, doors, and hardware. Wooden ramp will also be replaced and wooden sub floor to be removed to inspect concrete and replaced as required.

Please meet BGIS representative at the Rear Entrance (King Edward Kiosk) 125 Sussex Dr, Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
