Description

This project is intended install closed cell thermal insulation and plastic covering on condenser piping located BP-23, and 32. Approximately 200 feet of condenser piping is not insulated and part of the piping is located within a shaft. The consultant shall carry out a detailed site investigation of the entire piping network to verify the length and type of insulation required.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS representative at the guard house at the rear entrance of Lester B. Pearson Building – 125 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
