Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of two representatives of each Bidder, or its authorized representatives are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Main Elevator Lobby of 1230 Government St., Victoria BC. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
