BGIS is looking to hire a multi-disciplinary team of advisors to conduct a Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (CRiVA) Study for National Printing Bureau, Gatineau , Quebec. A CRiVA is an assessment of the condition of the building(s) and will provide valuable information in establishing the baseline resilience of a building to climate-related risks and disasters. CRiVA is a detailed report establishing the current and potential vulnerabilities of the property to climate change and associated extreme weather events.

Additional Bidding Instructions

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 26 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 26-page limit will only have the first 26 pages of the submission evaluated.

3.3.1 Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
