Description

The tenant intends to remove most furniture on approximately 15 ~15,000 square foot floors and either replace or rearrange in alignment with GC workplace standards. There will generally be intensifications from approximately 90 to 118 workstations per floor.

Work to occur during regular business hours, with maximum 1 week of work permitted per floor.

Electrical disconnection and new connection of furniture per GC workplace per Consultant’s design drawings, based on NRCan’s conceptual drawings. NRCAN will be optimizing all workstations at 580 Booth on 15+ floors

Work must be completed before May 31st, 2024.
