Description

Contractor to provide new controls for hydro vault exhaust fan and dampers. Contractor to install thermostat and humidity probes inside the vault and additional items to conform to Hydro Ottawa standards. Contractor to remove all redundant, and old conduit and wire that is no longer required.

Scheduling of shutdown to be coordinated with Property Team and Tenants as required. Contractor must hire Hydro Ottawa to access the hydro vault.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the Entrance of 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.

Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
