Description

The scope of this project includes facility painting and a carpet refresh throughout RCMP space on floors 5 through 9. The renovation includes the removal of the existing carpet floor finish and replacing with new, and new wall paint within all specified corridors, offices, meeting rooms, etc. Areas excluded from this scope are those spaces that have been updated within the past two years, or sensitive or blocked spaces limited to access or occupancy. The carpet and paint refresh scope of work is applicable to the spaces leased to the client and does not include elevator lobbies or core areas.
